• Departure time: until 10.00 o‘clock (10am)

• advanced payment: 25% of the rental price upon booking

• final payment: 4 weeks before arrival

• smoking is not permitted inside the house (also no e-cigarettes)

• the house and the pool are not safe for small children, therefore we welcome guests from the age of 12

• unfortunately, pets are also not allowed

• no parties or events
  

Service

Final, intermediate and pool cleaning are included from the first week. 

Air conditioning, bed linen, pool, bath and hand towels, tourist tax etc. are all included.

Our local German and English-speaking service is personal and flexible
